1. If the service has been purchased for more than three days, we cannot process a refund. However, we can deduct the used duration and refund the remaining balance for you to purchase other machines on our website.

2. Since you have been using our service for over a week, we do not have the authority to issue a refund or deduct the used duration to refund the balance.

3. In the event of a DDoS attack, spam, or any form of abuse on your machine, we will not provide a refund and may hold you responsible.

4. If you experience network connectivity issues, please note that disputes can arise from various directions. We reiterate that we cannot guarantee the stability of the internet connection within mainland China, as domestic internet service providers may adjust routing at any time, causing detours for direct connections. We do not guarantee outbound traffic but only ensure local network stability.

5. Refunds will not be provided due to IP geolocation reasons.

If you encounter any issues with your IP during setup, please contact our technical department promptly. If more than 24 hours have passed, changing the IP will incur additional fees. (This includes situations where a free replacement IP is provided but subsequently blocked during the validity period. We do not have the authority to provide further free replacements.)
